Digital notes (PDF e-books)
Our e-books are digital products delivered instantly to your Google account. Because access cannot be taken back once it is given, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on PDF purchases. Please read the free sample pages for the subject before you buy.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged more than once for the same item, we will refund the extra payment in full to the original payment method. Write to us with both payment IDs.
Wrong email or no access
If you entered the wrong email or cannot open your notes, contact us. We will move access to the correct Google account at no charge after confirming the payment.
Other products
- Hard-copy notes: no refunds once dispatched.
- Test series: refund available within 12 hours of registration.
- Video courses: no refunds.
- Offline courses: up to 50% refund if requested within 48 hours of registration; no refund after that.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
